That Damn Ham

Today and yesterday evening I found myself hacking and snacking away at the ham I'd baked that afternoon. Oh, she's a 7-pound beauty (that's a lot just for me) and she was rendered especially delicious by the glaze I made up yesterday:

1 sm jar pineapple preserves
1/2 cup B&B liqueur (I think bourbon or just brandy would be nice too)
1 tsp ground cloves
1/2 tsp chili powder (more if you like it)

Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan over medium to low heat. slather over ham when it's half-done and continue to bake.
